I'm currently CTO at Reinforce Labs, building AI systems. Previously, I spent time at Google leading Ads Safety AI/ML, built ML organizations at Twitch, and worked on machine learning at Niantic, Pandora, and other companies. I've been doing this for 19 years.
Work
I build teams and products from scratch. I've raised funding, hired talented people, and shipped ML systems processing billions of entities daily. I care about empathetic leadership and helping people grow.
My focus is on large language models, ML infrastructure, and AI systems at scale. I've published research in semi-supervised learning, computer vision, and pattern recognition.
Background
PhD in Computer Science from École de Technologie Supérieure, focusing on semi-supervised machine learning. Multiple degrees from Comenius University in computer graphics and geometry. Published 19 research papers with 100+ citations.
I speak Slovak, Czech, English, German, and French. Based in San Francisco Bay Area.
